Returns
You have 07 Days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as software that has been opened or downloadable products.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. The exact time it takes for the refund to reflect will depend on your card issuer’s or bank’s policies. Refunds for payments made via Razorpay will be processed back to the original source.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [Your Email Address] or [Your Phone Number] with your order number and photos/videos of the product condition. We will guide you through the process and arrange a free replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
